For our last full day at Disney, us girls decided to break off. Jeni and Monica wanted to go to Magic Kingdom again, while Arianne and I wanted to explore Animal Kingdom. It's another reason why I loved living so close to these girls. It was great that we all felt so comfortable with each other and weren't offended when we wanted to split up to do other things.
Arianne and I took our boys to Animal Kingdom and had a blast looking at all the different animals. The highlight for the boys was going on the safari ride and seeing all the giraffe, hippos, wildabeast, and zebra.

After the safari ride we took our time exploring more of the animal trails. The boys loved playing on all the different African drums they had set up. Dax could have played on those drums for hours!
The most exciting part of our day was when Dax was chosen to help with the Lion King show! We were so excited to see how brave he was in front of the whole audience. He loved using his little shaker as he marched around the room.
After seeing the Lion King show, we made our way over to Dinoland where the boys spent forever playing in the sand. They loved playing on all the different play structures and slides. It was fun to sit back and relax as we watched them as well.
Before leaving Animal Kingdom, we made one last stop visiting Mickey and Minnie. We love the different safari costumes they wear at Animal Kingdom. Dax has always been so cute when he meets characters. It was the perfect way to end a great trip with the girls!
