We continued with Heather's big birthday celebration, by taking her to our favorite beach in Naples after lunch, Lowdermilk Beach.
I wish the pictures would do this magical place justice, but it simply just doesn't. The second you touch the sand, you're in awe of how soft and white. There were hardly any people on the beach that day because we were visiting in the middle of the week. We arrived a little after 2 and planned on staying til the sun went down. It turned into the most magical gorgeous day!
Heather and Dax walking up the little boardwalk path to Lowdermilk. It took Dax less than a minute to run down to the water and dive in.

I can't get over how adorable all those long golden curls were!
Heather was so sweet and walked up and down the beach with Dax as he looked for different seashells. At one point I looked over at them and Dax was literally rolling in the sand like a little animal π
I couldn't figure out what he was doing until Heather explained later that he wanted to make a snow angel...that sweet florida boy!
There was no middle for Dax. He was either running or fallen to the ground π I'd love to be able to bottle up some of that energy!
Seriously, it was SUCH a magical day!
There were hardly any waves and the clouds looked gorgeous as the sun passed behind them.
Dax continues to love the ocean with all his heart!
Such a silly boy pretending to wash his hair in the waves.
We all decided to jump in the ocean and I even brought my big nice camera to document things...
luckily it didn't get wet!
Daxton is such a little fish!
This picture absolutely melts my heart!
I adore his crazy hair, big smile, and pure love of life!
I couldn't get over how stunning the water was...
I love these pics of Dax and Heather!
We were so far off the beach and yet it was incredibly calm and shallow. The water could not have been more magical.
My favorite thing about Lowdermilk beach, is that we ALWAYS see dolphin! No matter the time or day, we've always been able to see dolphin off shore. It was so fun this time to catch a mommy and baby as they were swimming by.
More beautiful highlights from our gorgeous afternoon at Lowdermilk Beach in Naples...
After four hours of nonstop running around at the beach, Dax finally passed out right as the sun was going down. I was going to wake him to see how pretty it was, but decided against it since we had had such a full fun day. He was so precious cozied up all tight in our beach stroller.
Watching the sun go down...
It was an absolutely perfect sunset to finish off our birthday celebration with Heather!
Oh how I love and miss Lowdermilk Beachπ
